North Strabane Fire Rescue

The North Strabane Fire Department operates as a combination department that is comprised of 6 career and 36 volunteer members, operating out of 2 stations. Station 1 is located on Washington Road and Station 2 is located on Thomas Eighty-Four Road and operates with a fleet of 12 vehicles.Training is conducted on Monday evenings throughout the year as well as a few weekend training sessions.

The Fire Department strongly supports and is active in fire inspections and fire prevention programs. Our fire prevention has placed third in the State of Pennsylvania for fire prevention for 2009. Residents who are interested in station tours, block party visits, birthday party or any type of other service can call us. The Fire Department is always looking for new members.
